DRAMATIC MOMENT WHEN RUNNER WAS PLUCKED FROM DONEGAL MOUNTAINSIDE

first_imgA participant in last weekend’s Coastal Cancer Challenge had to be plucked from a Donegal mountainside.The runner collapsed with exhaustion and had to be taken from Muckish by members of the Rescue 118 helicopter team and taken to Letterkenny General Hospital.The runner had been tended to by members of the Donegal Mountain Rescue team and marshals attending the event.
